At this time, the control system will delay according to the reverse time characteristics, and then the speed protection circuit will act to execute part of the action, cut off the power supply of the motor, and avoid the expansion of the accident.
(2) Temperature protection of mobile belt conveyor.
When the temperature of the belt conveyor exceeds the limit due to friction between the roller and the belt, the detection device (transmitter) installed near the roller will send out an over-temperature signal. After receiving the signal, it will be delayed for 3 seconds, causing some actions to be executed, cutting off the power of the motor, The conveyor automatically stops to protect the temperature.
(3) Coal level protection under the head of the mobile belt conveyor.
If the conveyor fails to run during an accident, or the coal gangue is blocked, or the coal bunker is full and stops running, etc. The coal level sensor DL at the corresponding position is in contact with the coal, and the coal level protection circuit is activated immediately, causing the latter's conveyor to stop immediately. At this time, coal will continue to be discharged from the working face, and coal will accumulate one by one at the tail of the rear conveyor, and the corresponding rear conveyor will stop running until the transfer machine stops automatically.
(4) Coal level protection in coal bunker of mobile belt conveyor.
There are two high and low coal level electrodes in the coal bunker. When the coal bunker cannot discharge coal because there is no empty car, the coal level will gradually rise. When the coal level rises to the upper electrode, the coal level protection will act. Starting from one belt conveyor, each conveyor will stop in turn due to coal piled at the tail.
(5) The mobile belt conveyor is stopped and locked.
There is an emergency stop lock switch in the lower right corner of the front of the control box, which can be rotated from left to right to implement emergency stop lock on the partial or front conveyor.
(6) The mobile belt conveyor runs deviation protection.
If the belt conveyor deviates during operation, the edge of the belt that deviates from the normal running track will reverse the deflection sensor rod installed next to the conveyor, and an alarm signal will be issued immediately. The duration of the alarm signal can be preset within 3-30s as required. During the alarm period, if measures can be taken to eliminate the deviation in time, the conveyor can continue to operate normally.
(7) Stop protection at any point in the middle of the mobile belt conveyor.
If you need to stop at any point along the conveyor, switch the corresponding position to the intermediate stop position, and the belt conveyor will stop immediately. When you need to turn it on again, reset the switch first, and then press the signal switch to send a signal.
(8) Smoke prevention of mine belt conveyor.
When smoke is generated in the roadway due to belt friction and other reasons, the smoke sensor suspended in the roadway will sound an alarm. After a delay of 3s, the protection circuit will act to cut off the power supply of the motor and play a role in smoke protection.
