On Sunday, by invitation of FC Denver president Eric Fulton, I attended the amateur club’s training session at Northfield High School. While Eric was out of town, I was greeted by Kyle Firebraugh, one of the board members who kept me company during the session with conversation about the club, and, alongside the FC Denver player/coach Drew Melin, gifted me an FC Denver training top.
